My name is Chris and I am an Alfaholic. In my spare time, I work for an interesting technology company called Talis, a small company based in the UK which also happens to be a pioneer in semantic web technology. My job is to co-ordinate (think/innovate/organise/sometimes engineer/sometimes code/sometimes break) the creation of commercial web applications on their semantic web application platform. I got into technology when I was about 15, soon after I realised I didn’t have enough artistic skill to design cars for a living.
If you’re still reading, my other interests are intelligent design, burning things in the kitchen and, as my girlfriend would put it, I have a worrying affliction for disco music. I haven’t traveled as much as I would like, and I have a penchant for Adidas trainers.
